nonecare If you can’t boot your phone (not even in safe mode), unfortunately there’s no way to recover the data. Even if you replace the motherboard, you’ll get the phone working again but your data will remain on the old motherboard.
The only option would be to send the device to a company that specializes in data recovery from damaged phones, but that would be very, very expensive.
