Then, as far as I’m concerned, I don’t pay much attention to leaks, except if they come from well-known people in the industry, and even then, for me, there’s always a personal part in what is revealed
Rob ⚡️ And most importantly, what effect do you think leaks might have on a new company like Nothing?
I think that leaks should happen, they should be regulated and organised by Nothing, sparingly, so as to make future (potential) buyers more attracted.
Revealing certain elements, technical data does no harm and only keeps the hype going.
Not revealing anything can have the opposite effect, especially since this is Nothing’s first smartphone. That the pressure rises and that some may be disappointed when they see the product and go elsewhere, and never come back disappointed by the way the product was brought and by the product because they had high hopes for it.
I think that members who go or have gone to business schools know better how to do this.
For my part, this is just an opinion of an average user who has been navigating the Android scene since almost the beginning (~Sept 2009 - with my 1st Androphone - HTC HERO)
