vikas Itās like @Bass mentioned, āwithinā doesnāt necessarily mean that they are going to be sent two weeks from when you ordered them.
And about the open sales, I believe that a lot of people will see an identical message - if not with an even bigger timeframe - when they start. I think you did the best you could do, since your order is now on queue.
