And now the day has finally arrived: you have pressed the “Place Order” button. If so, I hope this thread can be useful to you and to anyone who is thinking about doing the same anytime soon. Please share with the Community the process of ordering the product. After you do it, what’s the status of your order, when did you receive them. You know, how is this journey going for you? Here are a few starting points: * When did you order them? * When were they shipped? * When did you receive your order? * Was everything in perfect conditions? * Anything you want to add about your own experience. It can also be a place to report eventual problems one is experiencing with their order or to describe positive surprises you have encountered so far with the company. It’s your order and your experience to help everyone find an overall sense of the process. I hope that in the end, this place can help others while the genuine excitement is being passed around. Sorry to say, i would not term shipping a 17days old order on a “Saturday” a commitment. Rather, i would put it as inefficiency.

Nothing like an experience i expected. Few days back customer support mentioned “delay may be due to issues at logistics and custom’s end” and then today shipping it from Hong Kong is funny. Already got 2 calls and 3 emails from Fedex asking me to fill customs authorisation form and provide KYC documents. Funniest part is that the Nothing official SMS mentions that “Nothing India” has shipped the order 😂

Also, have read above that some ppl have paid 3-5% extra because the transaction was routed through Hong Kong.

Mine got also shipped from Hongkong. Will be intresting to see if I have to pay vat or some other fees.

My package is also shipped from HK to France, hope I won’t pay taxes….. It’s scheduled to arrive on the 17h before 12am we’ll see.

The trackcking says that the information of the shipment have been provided 24h ago but no update since, maybe it’ll be deposited today to FedEx

Let’s cross the fingers to get them asap

Surya_8055 that is correct, the parcels have been dispatched with duties paid from origin, you guys shouldn’t have to pay anything extra once it arrives.

This is disheartening. Investors paid extra for investor edition and still delayed delivery.

As russbuss mentioned, no special editions for investors.

Given this experience, next time many investors may wait for open sales only

I wish there was an option to cancel the order. Tried calling the nothing india number, but no one picks up. Dont know what will happen to the warranty.

Better to pre-order tomorrow and then look for cancellation. Given that flipkart one is changed from “open sale” to “pre-order”, it will mostly take several weeks to deliver.

Max to max you can just reject the delivery of investor order.
