RohitPakalapati Hello Rohit ! Well regarding your post, my personal experience with Nothing company and people was disappointing. In my case people that I’ve got in touch representing Nothing didn’t cared about me, about anything I’ve said, explained or written. For example, a few months ago at an event here in Romania(Bucharest Tech Week) I’ve left some personal information to the Nothing team regarding a possible collaboration between me and them/you but their call or e-mail or even a negative response never came. I’ve felt like the people representing the company didn’t cared about a possible customer, a small youtuber and a faithful fan.
Another disappointing example for me are the people from the business@nothing.tech. From the 9th of the July I’ve been waiting for a response from them but ,,Nothing” came in the last 3 months. Not even a positive or a negative response, nothing Rohit !
My money would be taken with priority buying a phone but being helped and even my message read, nope 🙁.
I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone from the beginning of the year regarding a possible collaboration or promoting the brand, being helped and helping me too, i wasn’t asking something for free but again no response, nothing.
The list with disappointing arguments could keep going but try in a future meeting to discuss the problems about the people at Nothing not caring about its customers or fans. My experience was terrible with the Nothing team internationally and people representing here in Romania and I’ve had some expectations from a company wich says it ,,cares” but in reality these are just words. Many people had bought products and had problems, bugs that never were resolved or got scammed just by believing in the brand. In India for example many people addressed quality issues regarding the displays and the list goes on with people who believed in the Nothing idea and got something that never met the expectations, some not even accomplished. The people that are managing the business should also care about the customers and fixing ASAP the problems and behavior not just promising without delivering. That’s why many people are starting to trust the big companies again who despite their policies they at least don’t give hope and take it in the same time as money come. People can be deceived once, twice, etc by a few posts, videos, giveaways but can’t be bought if they buy a product and can’t enjoy it or became disappointed about the quality of the product itself and also of the ,,promises”. There are people out there who love the Nothing ideas, products but most of them are customers who bought something, believed and received something else.
Nothing should stand for quality and care about people not in quantity and lies, bugs, problems.
It’s hard to see that a company which identifies as being different (eg: caring about its customers, community) it’s in the end all about quantity, more customers, more profits and not quality.
How me and the people out there should love and recommend the brand if all that’s we are good for are the money ?
It’s hard to believe in a company and in people who demonstrate the opposite…
Ps: I’ve spend a good amount of time summarizing this because I care about the people that are working in the back hard, it’s difficult when people representing the company and the company itself ignores people, situations, problems or a call for help.
If the company won’t change its priorities and won’t fix what’s broken people will go to other companies.
Nothing should stand for ,,caring about its customers” not money. Read my message in a future meeting or discuss about what I’ve said … If you or the board need some help, an advice don’t hesitate to reach out.
