Password for hidden icons screen

I have phone 2 and updated to OS 2.0.3. When i go to hidden icons screen it directly reveals those icons. Where it should ask password or pin or biometric....

yet thhey buy it. do you think people want 60FPS in phone? low range android gives 120? and we all got needs doesnt mean we will get what we want. we gotta look at the big picture and not just something unnecessary like this. password or pin is for security , not for everything that you can share. and no its same scene, where security is main thing. and even if brand gives this away, people will be like why cant we have same password ? now I have to remember two of them? password isnt something you share with people even if its your family or friends. do do you all share password of instagram or some? coz they wanna watch reels?

Jay bro for you password is like trash so don’t take our comments seriously just let them be we care for our privacy and you say we can’t get everything may you are unaware of other brands samsung m35 has everything like security customisation and as a former oneplus nord 2 user I can say that also provide all the feature everyone can dream of and I’ve used more than 6+ smartphone brand in india so I have better experience and knowledge

Like motorola used to be worst in ui and function and see it now

Mi was a ads bucket and don’t provide time to time update which is same but ads are removed in hyperos

and all the brands you mentioned are here from years. we just got revamped Nothing OS 3.0
and since you changed 6 brands , I can see how unsatisfied you are with brands. even if nothing provides this, idk if that will satisfy you. you will say like, now my friends know this private space password too, I want now another password etc etc.

Jay talk about shit I have used multiple brands as for experience haw can you say I was unsatisfied I have used 3 realme phone 8 11 pro p1 pro and my Experiance was nice I have these phone in my family this nothing phone was purchased by my family member but they find it a more sober phone so they switched with my p1 pro not like your this and that shit so for you who cares for someone opinion who doesn’t care about privacy

In my family we don’t do like this is mine that is yours my tablet is used by everyone and my laptop is used by my brother so can I say this is mine don’t lay a finger on it if I was unsatisfied by these brands how I switch 3 gen of realme smartphone so don’t say if you don’t know

In this upcoming nothing os update we seriously need an option of setting a different password to our App lock. User should be able to create or set a different password to his App lock .

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the application hiding feature in the Nothing CMF Phone 1.

Currently, the hidden applications can be accessed simply by swiping right, which defeats the purpose of hiding them. Without the requirement of a password or any additional security step to access these hidden applications, this feature does not truly serve as a privacy measure.

It would be highly beneficial if a password or some form of authentication is made mandatory to access hidden applications. This would ensure user privacy and enhance the functionality of the feature.

Thank you for your efforts and for continuously improving user experience.
