We’ve currently -4° celsius on average here, so i could test different environments and status of the phone.
When using the old phone, i had this issue nearly everytime i went outside and using the phone. This happened without charging before, with charging before, i would say every time it’s cold outside and you’re using the phone.
You could say a rapid temperature decrease was always involved.
Ibtested the new phone the same way on the same day with the same conditions, even to the point where i had the new and the old phone simultaniously outside. The old phone had the issue, the new one not.
I’m using the new phone about a week with the same weather conditions and didn’t experience the issue anymore.
