Does anyone know how to contact nothing support? I contacted the e-commerce website where I placed the order from, I’m not really satisfied with the level of support they’re providing.

Nothing X is only for Earbuds not the watch. Wrong call 🙂

I did face the same issue and it’s been resolved by doing the following steps.

Reset the watch
Remove the watch from paired devices list of your phone
Clear storage and cache of the cmf app
Turn on bluetooth and search for new device and pair the watch
Open the cmf app and login with existing account.
Connect the watch from the app

OmprakashMohanty that is exactly what I’m seeing, i contacted cmf support, they did contacted me back and I have sent them the necessary details, but the issue has not been resolved yet, I’ll update the thread once it gets resolved, meanwhile you can contact them here https://in.cmf.tech/pages/contact

My issue has been resolved after contact cmf support, any of you who are facing the issues can contact them via the cmf support page https://in.cmf.tech/pages/contact, it got fixed within a day, hope this helps!

My issue is iPhone able to found the watch but not found in Nothing Phone 2! Tried to paired with iPhone n update the firmware to latest version, Nothing Phone 2 still unable to connect!

DarrenLee what do you see after you click on Add device? Also make sure your iphone’s bluetooth is on and you’ve paired it with your watch. About contacting them, you can google cmf support and contact them via their page, I’ve also shared the contact page link in this thread, you can used that.

[gelöscht] thanks for the guide. I had downgrade the Nothing Phone 2 OS to Android 13 then able to pair as normal. Either the app is not support the Android 14 or the Android 14 version unable to connect a Bluetooth device. I have inform the support team about this issue. They will look into this matter.

I have some information that might help us figure out this issue

since your stuck on the pairing menu ik how to get access to the main interface of the watch and access settings

press and hold the side button till the power and restart buttons appear
power off
press the side button
enjoy access to where im stuck

you can access settings via the side button but resetting it wont work i dont know a way out
