Connecting CMF Watch Pro to iPhone

I just received my watch today, I’ve been trying to connect with the cmf watch ios app but it keeps showing me this error, that the device has already been registered by another use, attached an image of the same, has anyone faced this issue before? How do I get it to connect with my app?

Is that watch new? Or have you connected the watch to another device earlier? As per the error message, it looks like the watch is already connected to another device. Try reinstalling the app and reset the watch once and check.

mohammedfavaz74 I contacted the support team, most likely I’ll be getting a replacement, if I do get a fix I’ll update the thread

I am not able to pair my watch, reason showing as watch is already paired with other user. Please suggest an solution for it.

I had the same problem. So I did restart my phone and than pair the watch with the Bluetooth, after that step connected it again in the application now it works.

Does anyone know how to contact nothing support? I contacted the e-commerce website where I placed the order from, I’m not really satisfied with the level of support they’re providing.

Nothing X is only for Earbuds not the watch. Wrong call 🙂

I did face the same issue and it’s been resolved by doing the following steps.

Reset the watch
Remove the watch from paired devices list of your phone
Clear storage and cache of the cmf app
Turn on bluetooth and search for new device and pair the watch
Open the cmf app and login with existing account.
Connect the watch from the app

My issue is iPhone able to found the watch but not found in Nothing Phone 2! Tried to paired with iPhone n update the firmware to latest version, Nothing Phone 2 still unable to connect!

DarrenLee what do you see after you click on Add device? Also make sure your iphone’s bluetooth is on and you’ve paired it with your watch. About contacting them, you can google cmf support and contact them via their page, I’ve also shared the contact page link in this thread, you can used that.
