Glyph light during Music Visualisation

After 2.5.1 upadate glyph music visualization is not working properly. Lights are not properly syncing. All this is happening after update.

Remi F same thing . I did as how you said . The pedometer only counting while screen is on . If locked it’s not counting .

Eng.reham weird… did you try another pedometer app to see if the issue is the same with others ? (like google fit or samsung health for example)

I would like to ask you about another thing .. before update there option to make quality of the voice qulqm HD or HDX now this option disappeared I’m not find it anywhere

I think if they will work on stable nothing os : battery life camera voice sounds and yes of course a stable music visualization in one update would be perfect . And yes the pedometer too 🙂

Eng.reham Sorry but I really don’t know about the HD/HDX thing for audio. 😅

The software team is working hard, things are getting fixed one after another, it’s great to see such improvement over time. It just takes time !

Remi F actually it was in the setting and now no where . There were multi choices for it : qualcomm aptx audio and qualcomm aptx HD audio . Now there isn’t . 😊

Eng.reham you’re welcome. It’s under Bluetooth > Connection preferences.

2nd picture is advanced tuning, it forces your Bluetooth setting from default to what you want to set it but some settings may make your Bluetooth connection, and audio quality mess up. I set it as default. 😂

Glyphs are working for me blinking to music, even better than before. Now each individual light blinks. It’s completely different now, but it isn’t quite as bright as before, well I think they’re as bright but just don’t stay as long as now they actually dim individually also.

I like it way more now, so awesome.

I’m not sure if the glyph follows the beats or is out of sync and maybe someone can check it because I rarely use it. Hahahaha 😂

Yes, the lights are brighter & much more in sync while playing your song.

A bug for sure.

Try with a slower song.

AmirHussaini Same with my handset as well after updating to NOS 2.5.1 stable version via OTA. Not just for music visualisation, also for ringtones (May be because I use custom ringtones).

Some parts of glyph is too dim and others bit bright making it look very much not in sync. Just feels like power fluctuation scenes in movies where lights go dim and off for an instant.

SoumabhaBhim I see. When I use it, I feel weird why not sync well while I see videos on YouTube, most of them sync nicely. 😆

So, in that case, we can start submitting feedback about this and hope they release a hotfix for it. I hope.

GordonLutz I’m not using it on 2.0.4 but when I try it on 2.5.1, sometimes it is out of sync but sometimes it follows the beats. 😂

Anyway, it’s cool and will be on it when I am bored hahahaha. 🤣

I’m on 2.5.1.

I think people just aren’t used to how the visualization is now, it’s completely different

Every individual light blinks and there’s different brightness now.

I find it blinks to the music perfectly, just differently than before.

I’m also used to music blinking to lights as I’ve had Hue lights set to blink to music at home for many years now.

Yeah. I notice every individual glyph has its brightness and it is cool. 😍
