Phone (2a) - 5G connection

I have tried several things to activate 5g network. Doesn’t work at all.

M1st It hasn’t worked for me. I am stuck on this for almost 3 weeks.

RohithTony I even visited a service centre because I thought its a manufacturing issue with my device, they said they have to keep my device for 7 days to run checks/for a replacement which I couldn’t do at the moment. But after seeing other users also are facing this issue including Phone(2) users I think it could be a software issue.

Recently bought a nothing 2a Can’t connect to 5g connection with registered jio sim number but upon swapping with another jio sim it shows 5g

Internet Not working Properly tried Jio & Airtel In 4G..

Mainly I am not getting 5G Network past one month not getting 5G Network Only 4G Working..I checked with all other model phone 5G properly Working in my area..

But in my phone no 5G signal in settings i switched 5G and i reseted phone also but not getting signal..

Nothing 2 a jio 5G not working some few day in nothing 2a. But I put sim another device then 5G work properly but then return insert sim card in nothing 2a phone 5G not working showing 4G only I m change the setting also then not working and continue showing 4G plz solve it my problem ????????

I have selected preferred network type 5g but still m unable to get the 5g network and at the same time same location other phone user with jio network accessing 5g network pls suggest what to do if have any setting let me know please.

Seems like this might be an issue directly with the network provider Jio. Please reach out to them in this instance 🙏

I am not getting 5g connection on jio network. Service centre authorities said it may be motherboard issue. Did anyone face with same problem?

vikrambhosale Try Android 15 Beta version there you can check 5g working or not. Same issue caused on my Nothing 2a then I installed Android 15 Beta 1 there I see 5g Jio network working fine. But android 15 is in beta so it’s not usable. I’m waiting for new Patch update or something new from Nothing!
