@Mohd_khalidKhan Same Issue but I solved it eventually!

  1. Open Settings App
  2. Network and Internet
  3. SIMs
  4. Navigate to bottom
  5. “Access point names"
  6. Tap “Jio4G” or “jionet"
  7. Tap 3 dots on the top right corner
  8. “Delete APN”
  9. Exit APN settings but stay in SIMs settings
  10. Toggle off the “Automatically select network"
  11. Tap “chose network” and wait for “Jio True5G” to appear on screen.
  12. Tap it and wait for it to connect
  13. If it fails, keep repeating step 12
  14. Once it connects which it usually does
  15. Exit “Chose Network" and enter “Access point names” again
  16. Click 3 dots above and tap “Reset to default”
  17. It should work, if it did not. Keep repeating!

It worked for me and should work for most of the people!

If you are still confused, I will make a Video on it

Merged 1 post from 5 g network not working today and yesterday .

RohithTony I even visited a service centre because I thought its a manufacturing issue with my device, they said they have to keep my device for 7 days to run checks/for a replacement which I couldn’t do at the moment. But after seeing other users also are facing this issue including Phone(2) users I think it could be a software issue.
