Just to let you know, being a community moderator is something we do for the love of it and the brand, all on a voluntary basis.
As for the widget you mentioned, sadly it’s either on or off with no way for us to customise who appears in it. But we’ve just enabled a new feature called badges - It’s a way to track of community member engagement - more info on this can be found in the Tips and Tricks thread 🙂
