I think connection issue and ANC stability are the key issues I have been facing, just got mine not long ago, less than a month. I would say 80% of the time it works flawlessly, but from time to time the ANC just goes on and off, and the 2-3 seconds disconnection can be really annoying. Although the fix I had to do is to just put them back into the box and reconnect again, but it definitely affected my user experience.
🚨Issue fixed 🚨
Do notice, bud which was picked first out of two from box will not be working and second one will be working fine.
If u notice this, u may reply
I’m loving my ear(1)'s in every way, but I’m now facing the following problem with my black ear(1)'s.
When fully charged the left earbud stops working/pairing. Not showing up in the app. After a hard reset I can’t find the ear(1)'s at all on any device through Bluetooth. After letting them discharging I can pair them again, but the left earbud only charges up to 90%. The moment I’ved put them back in the case again the problem starts all over again…
Anyone having/had this same problem and knows how to fix it?

Hi @Rudi ,
Adding to the list of things that could be improved in Ear 1 is difference between how they sound in Macbooks vs Iphones.
I use Macbook Pro 14inch M1 pro model and recently i have seen that the sound quality has definitely better sound stage and the distinction between instruments is better on Mac in comparison to Iphone XR.
Is there any possible reasons for the same that has been already pointed out?
Anyone else facing issues with frequent pausing of the audio on their ear (1)'s all of a sudden? Like I faced this thrice within a gap of 2 minutes while connected on my M1. Earlier there was pausing but not this frequent. Any help?
Hi Team,
My Ear(1) was working really well till today afternoon from the day of purchase. But afternoon While I connected and used it my left earbuds were not working. So I immediately disconnected the Bluetooth and turned it ON again. As sometimes any one of the buds will not work. So if we turn it ON and OFF means it will work fine. But Today then also it was not working. So I just checked my earbud and it was shocking to know that the seal of the left earbud is opened and if I press it means it is not getting locked or not setting up properly. It was like some battery inflation happened and due to that, it did not close properly. I really wonder how it could happen to an earbud like this. Because it is having splash-resistant support as well. So how the seal could be opened like that. I am sure that it doesn’t get broken. If it is broken means the impact would be fully around the earbud. But here fully around the charging dots specifically at the bottom, there was a slight opening. So I have filled out the contact us form on the Nothing Site and sent some clear photos of it for their understanding. But they just simply told me to take that to a service center. I am not sure that I could use that as it is having an opening at the bottom tip and it might be due to battery inflation. As it is not intact as before I fear that I couldn’t use my buds anymore. It is not even 1 year completed since the purchase of the product. But the product is facing some kind of build issues. I request the team to go through the pictures sent and analyze them for further assistance. So I hope that the team will go through it and respond to me back with a positive response. Please help me if anyone had faced this kind of experience with their ear(1). Because my location is very far away from the existing service center. It would be helpful if they arrange any pickup and service care facility for more service support reach.
I have attached some photos and videos for the reference.

Not yet, but I think they will match perfectly with Phone(1)…
At that time I’ll not miss to share my experience.
My left earbud takes some time until noise cancelling/transparency mode works which can be annoying.
There still seems to be a fair bit of cutting out of audio when I’m connected to my laptop for some reason.
No issue when using the buds connected to the phone.
Is there an update in the works to sort this issue?
