Your last paragraph is the perfect continuation of this brainstorm. I would love to see the guest appearances. Your examples would make that “digest” even more interesting, infusing it not just with a new perspective, but with yet another reason for interactions.
If that happens, I would love if the guests start the thread with a paragraph dedicated to themselves. Those weeks, then, would have more than one flow of thinking and interest.

This on-going series of threads would have to work like you mentioned: no corporate interference, just a friendly recap of the week with some exclusive tidbits sprinkled weekly.
That way, even the members who consider themselves up to speed, would create the habit of opening those threads: to check, to discover, to simply hang out with friends while the Nothing mantra is reinvigorated.
