I’m really happy with the outcome! Congratulations to @adbo – he’s the right man for the job. There’s many great things about him, some of which has been shared over the duration of this voting week but, one thing about him that we will all benefit from is his deep involvement in this community which has spanned years, he’s served it with dedication and passion and embodies community spirit. If anyone deserves this role, it’s him. I know he’ll bring fresh ideas, and like Rohit, Louis, and Rob before him, he’ll ensure the community feels heard and supported. I can’t wait to see the value he brings, the ideas he delivers on and the way he shapes the CBO role - we are in for a treat. Congrats again, @adbo!
I also want to shout out Manuel. He’s building an incredible community on X and has done so much for the Nothing & CMF By Nothing community more broadly, I’m excited to watch him grow. This won’t be the last time we see him in these elections – I’m certain of that. Manuel is carving out something special, celebrating the great work happening at Nothing, and I look forward to what’s next for him. Big up, Manuel!!
To those who voted for me – thank you. I’m truly grateful that you voted for me especially when the two other candidates were so strong. I’ll continue amplifying the voice of this community, you’ll see me moderating, helping wherever I can, and making sure our new CBO stays informed about what’s happening around these ends.
