Can you please try this troubleshooting:
Kindly restart the device
Clear the cache and storage of the relative application
Uninstall and install the application
Update the latest software version
Backup user data and restore factory settings
Increase your Storage Space - clear cache
Restart Your Device Regularly - Hold the power button and volume up button simultaneously until the Nothing logo appears on the display.
Update OS system - go to Settings> System> System Update.
