Remi F Remi, that’s a ridiculous reply!
If attaining a high level of Quality Control in a country new to such precision manufacturing is indeed an arduous process & and takesa long time to be achieved, why should the consumers in that country have to accept lower quality in the interim?
I’ve put down hard earned money to buy the phone, same as you & others in India & outside.
How am I being “aggressive” as you chose to term it, if I demand quality & fast customer service in case of defects?
What I was stating is that on the road to achieving international levels of quality in their Indian factory, Nothing should be particularly quick in promptly rectifying manufacturing defects/defective parts/defective phones.
Customers in India are presently being forced to run from pillar to post to have the defects addressed & that is NOT acceptable!
