My NP2 was assembled in India, AIN065.
Aa regards early batches QC, I bought my phone towards Oct end while the phone went on sale early July, so presumably launch batches QC issues should have theoretically been sorted out by then.
But even my phone screen has ripples /unevenness along the long edges, preventing tempered glass, even the original Nothing one, to sit flat & both the speakers lack bass & distort even at mid volume.
Many owners in India have indeed reported these issues & there has been no action by support/service centres to remedy the situation.
With far lesser complaints by users outside India, suspicions are naturally rife that defective parts have been fobbed on to units assembled in India.
I understand that defects do happen but the problem is that service support set up here is pathetic & unresponsive.
N HAS to work hard to remedy that situation but Nothing seems to be happening so far.
