Derren I’m not really sure i understand what you’re trying to describe. Could you provide some more info as well as any troubleshooting steps you’ve tried so far?
InTeLLiGeNt Hello, My problem is that the sound does not come from the main big speaker, but from the small one behind it. I tried restarting the earbuds, doing a factory reset. I searched for information on the Internet, but found nothing.
