No invoice was there in the box…i think we should keep a screenshot of the order confirmation page. Ideally, Nothing should provide invoice for warranty purposes.

As of now, i am using Oneplus 65W charger & red cable. Cant keep separate charger/cable for earbuds, so will see how battery reacts in long term.

Dont worry about it…post a day usage you will not be able to differentiate them with other hundreds of scratches.

This was my primary concern after the launch. I hoped they’d have done something about it. Sad to see that it only took a day’s usage to get into this state. #scratchmagnet

Found this protector to avoid scratches on Ear(1). I think i should have got this on day1, given the amount of scratches the case has got within a week. Better late than never. Will post the experience post use.

Received my Ear (1) today, 1 day earlier. But I’m kinda sad that they opened it at the customs and ruined the unboxing experience for me 😞

ThatJohnS oh damn, sorry to read that. But did the customs also opened the inside box? Even if they did, at least I hope the product itself got to you in perfect conditions and that you are happy with them.

It seems that no matter how many times I refresh the page in my account, that pesky “unfulfilled” status won’t go away, hehe. 😄

Does anyone know of an easy way to switch pairing between one device and another? I know that the ear(1) is BT 5.0, but I cant think of any other way to switch the pairing from my laptop to my phone without switching off the bluetooth and connecting all over again. If anyone knows any other easier way, do let me know 🙂

Finally got the ear(1) delivered today.

Initial impressions :

-Loved the packaging. Simple and beautiful.

-Design is the highlight for me. Haven’t seen such a cool pair of TWS before.

-Audio quality is great. Nothing amazing or anything, but a solid one that doesn’t disappoint.

-ANC is ok. Only blocks out low frequency sounds like fans, AC,.

-Transparency mode works well.

-Not facing the issue of audio lag while watching videos, yet.

-Facing the bug with battery indication. Case is almost always showing 0/10 percent battery. One of the buds also randomly starts showing low battery.

-Case is a scratch magnet. Going to install the protective cover.

Overall a good buy. Hopefully, they’ll fix all the bugs and provide manual equalizer with S/W updates.

Yes, i am also facing case and buds charging issue. Case suddenly shows 1% battery. Buds even after charging for 5+ hours showing 10% battery and not working. Really frustrating.

-Also noticing Bluetooth connectivity issues. The Bluetooth range of the buds are very low compared to other devices. Keeps disconnecting/breaking when I step out of my room. It’s frustrating and will definitely affect user experience.

-Phone calls : The mic does a bad job on blocking out noise and captures surrounding sounds as well. Not good, especially when you’re outside.

Maybe the right earbud was charged and its a bug with battery level like the case. Did you try using it from 10percent, if so how long did it last?

The frequency of this issue has increased to multiple times in a day. Now it is also taking multiple attempts to connect right ear bud.

Today also, the right earbud didnt charge overnight. Attaching screenshot.
