-Also noticing Bluetooth connectivity issues. The Bluetooth range of the buds are very low compared to other devices. Keeps disconnecting/breaking when I step out of my room. It’s frustrating and will definitely affect user experience.
-Phone calls : The mic does a bad job on blocking out noise and captures surrounding sounds as well. Not good, especially when you’re outside.

Maybe the right earbud was charged and its a bug with battery level like the case. Did you try using it from 10percent, if so how long did it last?
