As a wannabe computer engineer myself, I loved seeing how small the mic was in these earbuds, while still having amazing sound quality. It just shows how far in technology our society has advanced!
Another component that made me appreciate the engineering was the pressure/touch sensor. I’ve always wanted to know how touch controls worked, because I knew it wasn’t a touchscreen or anything.
And yet another component was the ceramic driver. Most earbud and headphone drivers are made of magnets and conductors, so it was very intriguing to learn that the Nothing Ear’s drivers were made out of ceramic!
