So is anyone else experiencing this small yet noticeable issue? Whenever there’s a loud noise in the background and i use ANC in the CMF buds, i hear a hissing sound in the background. Which although is better than the noise itself, but it isn’t all silent. And the louder the noise, the louder the hissing.

But here’s the funny part, when i turn on ANC using the buds’ tap and hold feature, and when the “dub” sound plays, indicating the ANC being enabled, the sound in the background goes real silent, and when the sound ends, the hissing sound starts.

I feel like it’s a little unbalanced optimization in the software or something… but still ..

Please someone either relate or tell solution.

          Fossilx2 i sent mine back to the distributor, got a replacement the next day. I haven’t updated the firmware and it works fine

              sivamaruthikatta It happens after firmware update and unfortunately, there is no way to roll back the firmware version. For me, I sent it back to the distributor to get a replacement unit and I haven’t updated the firmware version since

                Same here! The hissing sound with ANC is so annoying, especially in quiet places. It’s so distracting that it makes me feel like it’s raining outside. I hope they fix this soon because it’s hard to ignore!
