If I remember correctly, the HDR with the red dot means it’s always active and HDR in red is HDR in automatic mode

Stringfellow_hawke thank you
Mr Steel thank you
VishwanathS_ghante the one without the red dot seems to be an auto hdr because it changes colour(gray/red) depending on the situation
VishwanathS_ghante like the brother above mentioned, if it has no red dot = It’s auto. Red dot means = always on.
Blows my mind why can’t they label it. There should be a pop-up when tapped and held. Smh
I have noticed an issue with Ultra XDR & HDR Switch.
The problem is when I turn on ultra XDR then brightness of every photo increases & it doesn’t matter if i have turned on the HDR mode or not but every photo is ultra HDR.
And when I turn off the Ultra XDR then every photo is normal even if i have turned on HDR mode.
So basically it makes no sense of HDR Switch if it’s not gonna work. Why turning on XDR mode overtakes the HDR switch???
Wolverine Yeah it definitely do need it. Because after the processing when I zoom in on the picture it looks like anything but a photo. It looks like the face of people are drawn by a small kid with Oil Pastels. Just disgusting. They are just adding good hardwares but not paying attention to utilising its full potential
