I have also visited the above mentioned service centre, they have updated my phone with latest software with their computer on 10.05.2024, and returned my phone. I had kept my phone under observation for 7 days but issuees is not resolved, I can only see last 7 days call log history in Google phone dailer apps by default provided in my Phone Nothing Phone 2 (white 12 gb RAM and 256 GB storage based).
Actually the phone problem is on every next day, call log history of last day (more then 7 days) is getting deleted. There in no issue of Storage and RAM (more then 100 Gb storage are available and 4 gb out of 12 gb Ram is used only), in my previous phone, I can see all the call log history since 1st day to last day after usage of 3 yrs).
Earlier, I have talked with customer care executive of Nothing Phone 2 telephonic conversation on number 18002021232 more then 10 times, emailed many times nothing happened on this call log auto deletion issue.
I also emailed Google Phone Dailer Application developer their response is that this problem can only be fixed with Phone manufacturer with software updation or else.
Even I have also seen same issue posted by many users, their call log history is also getting deleted and can be seen in Nothing Phone 2 community initiated by Nothing.
Please let me know that Nothing team have already been working on this, and a new software updation will be floated after software version 2.5.5 very soon to resolve this issue, because even after users are facing this issue since last year and more then 2 or 3 software version rolled out after that.
We don’t want to lose any important call history details automatically.
