Why is my software is this instead of 2.5.5a as it has too many bugs including slow charging as well as battery drain issues with lag in games today visited service centre they refused to toll back it and said it is not possible moreover they refused that cmf 65watt gan charger is good for device they recommended only nothing charger 45 watt can charge this phone fast no other charger is better then why one of your team members adviced me to purchase gan charger and why are they saying we don’t care about cmf brand we only deal with nothing and why roll back of software is not possible at all
Why is my phone 2a is on this software visited service centre they said because of this software your battery drain is high and charging is slow moreover jitter stutter is also has the same reason and according to them it is beta version or early access software I requested them to roll back it to the stable version which is 2.5.5 a according to them but they refused to do so by saying that it is not possible 😭 what the hell is this ….then why service centre exist on the first place
