I urge for patience because of the scale of the company and the newness of their projects.

Every one is subject to criticism before their own responsibilities in the end.

After all I have been an Apple customer for many many years until I decided to trust Nothing.

So far I am cool. But if the company starts betraying customers, I will ditch them faster than a loud burp!

I supported the brand by purchasing a Nothing Phone and Buds, but my Buds had issues from day one. It took over 20 days to replace them, leaving me with a below-average experience.

SubrahmanyaHegde I get it. This happens when the company is smaller and a new player in the market. Usually the scale itself is a problem- not that issues like these cannot be addressed if a company really wants it.

I still hope that it will get better, rather than worse. Better for you, and ultimately better for all consumers!

@Everyone @Mallikarjun12 @PrachuryyaBora Guys, the connectivity issue resolved in latest update which was rolled out to Np 2a and Np2 devices on Jan 21st, 2025

GuruprasadNaik unfortunately no. it looked to be resolved after the first restart. But restart your phone again and the problem is back. Basically 4g is ok. But most of the time the phone fails to register to the Jio 5g network and falls back to 4g instead of no service before. Same sim, different phone latches on to 5g.

All was good before the Dec update.

I think the network issues are mainly cos of mediatek processors

I am also facing the same issue on nothing 2a plus mobile, it works fine on other devices, so there’s problem with device not carrier

Why are you making fun of the customers? My phone is having 4G or 5G network issue since last 10 days. Please fix it.

riturajritesh2 I updated nothing os 3.0 last week in my NP2a since then the jio 5g network has been inconsistent. I think this patch had network issues coz most of users are facing similar problems.

This issue is going on for 2 months. Please send feedback through system>settings>feedback. They get the logs in that case which may help them solve the problem faster.

I was hoping the Community moderators would have flagged the constant 5g complaints from users to the Nothing devs by now, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. It looks very bad when users have to face network issues for 2months till now.

I hope they provide a fix soon.

Same situation here it’s been wrong since I updated to nothing os 3.0 the jio network issue started since then and no improvement what so ever since 2 weeks the network automatically shifts to 4g and the plus icon also disappears

I gave feed back but they told me to visit service centre 🥲 I’m eagerly expecting an update on this since I faced this issue 🤧 but I don’t know why they aren’t pushing any updates as of now
