I was using nothing ear 2, suddenly my right ear bud stop working. It’s not because of low charge. So I decided to unpair the device from my phone. I tried to pair the device by pressing reset button in the case but I just blink red for one second.

Now I couldn’t pair my ear 2. What is the issue. I just brought one month before from Flipkart.

    having the same problem. right ear buds suddenly stopped working and now, I am unable to pair it to any devices even though it’s fully charged

    Did you follow these steps:

    How do I reset Ear (2)?

    To reset Ear (2), place the earbuds into the case, open the lid, and press the case button for 10 seconds. After the indicator flashes red three times, Ear (2) is reset.

    Yes I did. The indicator just flashes red one time and the device still doesn’t appear on the list of bluetooth devices on my phone.

      Same problem for me as well. Just my left doesn’t work. Can any body suggest a fix? Should i update the firmware?

        czegledilali5 For any device that uses Nothing X, you can submit feedback directly via the app itself, simply:

        1. Open the menu on the top left of the app

        2. Head to Support at the bottom and select the relevant product

        3. If the troubleshooting steps do not help you, scroll right to the bottom to find a feedback link

        I also have this issue, twice actually, last month it was horrible constant feedback sound then right bud lost connection, nothing fixed the issue ( Or so.I thought!), this morning the left earbud has gone and unable to reconnect to device? I nearly went to get a nothing phone too.

        Have raised it on automatic feedback, will post what happens next.

        I’ve been having the same problem for weeks and I’ve been looking for solutions but there are no videos or any solution, I tried to use my old Ear (1) and the problem persisted, realizing that the problem is in the case and I tried everything and they can’t be reset and the sad thing is that I’ve had my headphones for 6 months.

          amcsalex yeah, Nothing team should seriously look into this problem, the earphones were expensive and we all didnt expect this problem.

          Having the same issue. My ear 2 had connectivity issues since day 1, but after a month or so, the right earphone made a super loud noise and then died. I couldn’t reset or pair again (red blinking led) despite the case and earphones being fully charged. The weird thing is that if I leave the earphones in the case for days, the right earphone eventually works again, but then the cycle repeats (super loud noise, shuts off, unable to pair or reset) this has happened 3 times now.

          I don’t know what is going on, but these are not cheap earphones, and it seems like this is a widespread issue…. I regret buying this so much, I was super excited about these earphones and the brand itself, but now they lost me, never again!

          Hi mates! I’ve got same problem with red light instead of blinking white light. I managed to solve this (maybe i totally wrong but) with, well. You need to take out one of buds and put it back to case, while white led blink you need to press case button and it ocasionally put case in pairing mode (white light are blinking) and i’ve managed to pair with my phone. It isn’t any king of fix, however if it will help you, then it will help you. Cheers!

They are not at all cheap but the things happened using these ear 2 pods really annoyed me many time. My left pod was not connecting so i used right one for somedays. When i tried connecting left pod it doesn’t work. So i tried removing device and pair it again. Here, the real problem started. I charged my case to 100%(it has stable white led light) but when i click the button on case to pair the annoying red led light blinks and couldn’t pair it… This is very annoying. Nothing team should take things seriously..

          Could you guys let me know if anyone of you resolved the issue in pairing? please let us know it will help..

          The same problem, first one earphone disappeared, then the second one, via email support replied that they do not have service in Vietnam, although the brand is represented on the market, I asked to make a simple exchange, but I was offered to accept the situation and not get upset. p.s. if the issue is not resolved, I will have to organize a PR campaign on social networks and YouTube
