I have been a fan of OnePlus products n switched from 7 to 9rt n then 10t but as u said after the colour os merger the phone just didn’t feel the same tho it was working perfectly fine with some occasional bugs

And that’s y I switched from my 10t to phone(2)

Currently I don’t think taking 2(a) will be good coz that’s a budget minded device n u can’t expect the OnePlus level performance from it

(2) On the other hand manages to come close to my 10t but I still feel for gaming the performance that I get from my 10t is better 90fps options in some games is still not available for the phone (2) which other phones with the same chipset or even lesser have

Soo over all I think it’s better is u wait for the phone(3) n purchase that coz it should be coming with the newer processor n probably a better battery tooo

I switched from the Oneplus 9 to the 2a, you’ll love the switch, you’ll miss your camera the nothing os selfie camera image processing sucks, you’ll miss the side bar and the stock screen recording sucks, but after a week you’ll forget about Color OS and every other OS you’ve ever used and embrace NOTHING. 😌

If no, go ahead with 2 (if got discount) or 2a.

Well, you could try the Phone 2 or 2a, but not the 3 (the 3 comes out 2025), because they do have both lag-free experiences, and a long battery life. I am a Phone (2) user myself, but I don’t know why cameras would be your least priority.

I switched from Nord 3 to 2a and I feel like I evolved in the 4th dimension. Everything is almost perfect, except fast charge, which will eventually be solved in next updates.

The oneplus operating system is became very boring and nothing change there.

Nothing OS is more functionally and customzed.

But I say OnePlus is better I buy nothing phone 2 , 9 months ago 12/512 gb top varient

What I am saying that nothing is similar to apple only they have some limited features only

Cons:- Nothing has app lock but we can’t change the lock seprate by default lock only {,it has hide app also but not any lock }

Hotspot limit not adjustable, no Block option (no any options in hotspot just like moto 6k mobile features)

No features in always on display like any Android

Not set mobile/wifi data to particular app

No gallery, no file manager

In real life we can experience more but now I can’t have time to type

Phone 2 was overpriced. Battery backup is terrible in Nothing. Camera is bad. Software is very good. But in the end when phone bulging in on the menu due to battery issues, it is advisable to avoid this brand. Its your money and if it was mine then I would not do the same mistake again. They are not listening to the community.

Dont do this. Poor camera software and not working adaptive brightness on NP2. Go for Google Pixel. Far better expierience.

Becouse many issues in NP2 you can esaly buy NP2a.

You can not using Nothing Phone as your primary phone. Huge problems on this phone. And also take long time for solve problems. I update 2.6 on my Phone 2a on 9th august and then primary camera stop working. Poor software….☺️☺️

Don’t do it. They don’t care to reply once new phone is launched. Camera is a problem from stating in phone2a but with each update the camera output is becoming worse. Also during launch they manipulate benchmark results. It’s up to you to decide now.
