Another useless smartwatch from CMFTech with no updates, new features or bug fixes

Imagine completely abandoning your bug ridden first Watch “Pro”, only to release a second one, while your current users are waiting on you to make your first product even remotely acceptable.

I’m excited about the CMF Phone (1), though. Hopefully its software is handled by Nothing internally, because the CMF Watch app is an absolute mess.

The first Buds Pro were such a great value for money. Can’t wait to see what they’ve done with the second gen.

Exciting? Perhaps, but again we kinda knew it was coming already. I don’t quite understand why products now seem to feature in community updates ? Aside from the community buying them or perhaps being insiders and having them to review etc what is the connection? Surely just a launch would suffice and leave community updates to things that might matter to the community such as the current dots NFT situation?

Maybe the community watchfaces from the recent contest will feature in new round designs. It’s also interesting to see a new watch now and a rounded one too. Hopefully the app and issues that plagued the current one are corrected with this new one. Let’s see eh?

The buds pro 2? Seriously? After announcing the buds with a circle lanyard case now we have buds pro 2 in the same case but different style. Does that circle have some other function than being a lanyard loop again?

The 2a was and is pretty cheap already for a phone so how cheaper can we get with the CMF one then? 249 ish maybe? Will be interesting to see where it’s being pitched and how it competes and compares to the 2a I mean do we really need this? Rumour say the back can be changed which will be an interesting take which we haven’t seen since the oneplus 2 days and the style swaps where you could have bamboo, or other wood backs. Perhaps this is the CMF equivalent of that? Vegan leather back? Or wood back? Or faux marble back?

Let’s see, hopefully the end products, and software are better than the hype around them and availability. I wonder too what os will this phone be running? Nothing OS? CMF OS? Plain Android? Something else?

    I’ve been banging on at OnePlus for years that they need to bring back StyleSwap backplates (that are relatively cheap and easy to replace/swap) – particularly want a formfitting, leather flip-case that protects the screen.
