Has anyone tried Ratio launcher on nothing phone?

Hi guys,

I used to have this launcher in my previous android phone and it worked great

I heard that the CEO of Blloc(ratio) is a part of nothing core team.

I need to know if someone has experienced this launcher in nothing devices and does it have any future?

On its insta it says V6.4 coming. The post was in April.

How can I make the tiles in my ratio launcher like yours?I tried but can’t get it done.yours tiles seems to be of different style,even the colours are different from normal colours In the default ratio launcher.by the way i am using the version 6.3.2

ElancheranVisagan I was wondering which launcher should I use. Is the ratio smooth like the default launcher and should I give the permissions such as notifications and sms?

Its smooth and i haven’t had any issues or stutters but you won’t be able to use nothing widgets in other third party launches.

I’m using it on this very old phone (not nothing) and I believe this is the most coolest launcher I’ve seen in recent times but it comes at a price of invading into really sensetive data like conversations. Anyone who allows all the permissions for this launcher should understand what they are getting into.

The CEO of Blloc left the company and joined Nothing. I see a bit of similarity in the feel of ratio and the nothing experience in general.

I believe one of the core beliefs of nothing is to help people not spend too much time on their phone and that aligns with ratio.

I actually like the way ratio works and you can filter things and conversations section is great as well.

I was hesitant to use it first because of the smses like one time passwords, banking and other texts.

So I’m using it without giving the permissions. Let’s see how it goes.

They do mention that they do not upload or keep data. But I’m not convinced

Fractal no it’s the same,I just got it now.when you enable biometric lock,the tile colour changes.

Atharva that is a pic I took from the internet. However, the fingerprint type tile is activated when you enable lock yes.

For the icons, I use lines which gives thin fonts and icons which look more aesthetic.

The experience is nice as it gives the deep black throughout which looks cool for amoled screen.
