Vivo Good afternoon, When I answer a call, my ear changes settings, turns on flight mod and so on. Is it a sensor problem? Has anyone had the same problem? What do I need to do? Thanks.
Louis ☕️ Vivo It sounds as though your proximity sensor is not turning off the screen when raising the device to your ear. The sensor is to the right of the earpiece on your device. A test you can perform to see if it is working is to cover the top part of your phone when the device is locked and then press the lock button - see if mistouch prevention is shown on your screen.
Vivo Louis ☕️ Thank you for your reply, Louis. When I carried out your test, my phone “woke up” in the same way as when my hand didn’t cover the top of my phone (with a little less brightness, that’s all). What can I do?
