AmirHussaini Pikachu don’t worry, they probably cook it for Phone 1 and Android 15 is last Android update right? Anyway, a bit jealous 2a got NothingOS UI. 😒 Nice update but the bugs quite annoying. 😆 Happy update and enjoy. 😉
RapidZapper Ram0396 This beta is only made for developers looking to test their app on Android 15, we don’t recommend installing this on your daily device for a normal usage
Ram0396 RapidZapper thanks for saying this I installed it now and thinking about it why it is smooth to operate but feels like a custom rom 🤣🤣. Okay then I will revert back thanks 👍 No ability to change Ringtone and notification sound And one more thing for Indian users you can’t get 5g+ network on jio network and sms also seems bit clumsy
yuyakuchiki I think it would be good if Nothing provide us 2 UI, nothing and stock. So if we get bored we can switch UI. This is also already avail in Asus zenfone.
AmirHussaini yuyakuchiki Wait next DP update, they will put NothingOS UI since this update, 2a got NothingOS UI. Or you can wait for the NothingOS Open Beta to feel full experience. IDK when it will be available. Probably 3-4 months after DP la kot.
AmirHussaini RasselHossain you have to wait for them to cook this for Phone 1. This one is for Phone 2 and 2a. Either you wait for them to cook to Phone 1, or you upgrade the phone to Phone 2 or 2a.
muhkuhaushonolulu Again no one is reading the OP… this is a version for developers, not for daily use. Why is it so hard to understand everytime?
MagnusG Awww updated to NOS 2.6 and just found this… Will there be a revised package (2) or do i have to go thru the whole rollback procedure to 2.5.6?
Derren MagnusG for this particular beta you’ll need to follow the package information as detailed above, so yes, 2.5.6. Don’t have any info regarding any further betas at the moment.
ToToAntonio Let’s have beta 3 already with fixed bugs from beta 1 & 3 like finger print and crashes in settings. - a request..
Nickman Unpopular opinion: Android 15 is a skip worthy upgrade honestly. It doesn’t bring anything new nor does it is fix anything so it just comes to me that this update wouldn’t matter, but we’ll see few people being impatient and then disappointed, just a heads
GordonLutz Nickman You definitely got that right, I’m on Android 15 beta on Pixel 8 Pro and there’s absolutely nothing new. The last Android 14 update I got on my Nothing Phone 2 seemed more like a huge Android 15 update full of cool features compared to going from Android 14 to 15 beta on my Pixel.
