CMF Phone 1 - A Platform for Builders
I am trying to make something but I’m having trouble without having the rest of the phone in CAD. Is there a technical drawing or STEP file for the rest of the phone?
Hey all - I’m happy to share that Bambu Lab kicked off a design contest today!
Submit accessories and rear covers designs for CMF Phone 1 to be in with a chance of winning!

PrayagRaj how can I get that bro
JorgeSoares the phone only comes with the SIM tool. To get the screwdriver you need to buy one of the cases.

Added my rugged case to the contest https://makerworld.com/en/models/558482
Works really well imo!
- Raised edge around display
- Case covers sim-card tray
- Buttons integrated in print
- Entirely flat back, no camera/thumbscrew bump
- Full replacement of stock cover
LaurenceKeir how to print it ? Do you have any files ?
marszyszk I’ve started uploading the files to Makerworld.
That looks pretty sick! Is it printed with just a large overhang? Maybe this could work very well as printed in 2 parts. Love the idea of locking the card down with the thumbscrew. Might steal that idea for my case too
How do I get the buttons for the extra cases that I make?

FarhadHaque since they don’t come as part of the file, you have to figure that out for yourself and find the best way of integrating it into your design. There may be others here that can assist with that too. I’ve seen a couple of designs with integrated buttons that seem to work well.
Still kinda dissapointed that the phone has no accessible I/O for the backplates, so no digital additions ig
