Rob ⚡️ Having made this PC/PMMA co-bo cover version without screws, it does missing its own meaning. Anyway, still like my New Year’s color matching;

    Hi guys !

Waiting for my CMF Phone and the watch, I just received the shipping mail and will get them soon I hope…

I ve already working on a printable back cover and was asking myself if you could share with us the Watch ring .stl file so we could print our own too to have something matching between the phone and the watch ? ( this would be awesome !!! )

Thanks in advance for your answers !

Allelujah I’ve looked at NFC but that seems much more difficult to get working.

The Qi adapter is the same as one in a post near the start, I’ve just made a recess in the back of the case for it, and a channel for the cable. I’ll get pictures soon, I’m printing a new version.

      Also did this

Rcvnt I’ve been looking at the bezel ring, I think the bayonet mechanism may be too small to print with enough strength. I’m going to have a go of course…

Also making a little stand to place the watch on the charge it.

LaurenceKeir Also making a little stand to place the watch on the charge it.

If you make this happen for Watch Pro 2, I might need to start giving you my money 😆

@LaurenceKeir you are on fire!! what else are you cookin? 👀 Can you share your files? your prints look cleaannn

As soon as I get my phone shipped, I’ll start working on a quad lock case for sure!

Has anyone managed to create a cover that protects the mobile phone like normal covers and not just the back?

There is a thin plate film on the display. Can this be removed and replaced with a tempered glass screen protector?

Anyone going to sale any of the printed backs …I need a couple plain ones that i paint and do what i want

ThomasBurchett this was my first thought, trying to get used to a lack of headphone jack and as a musician really into sampling this would be awesome!

Rob ⚡️ Hey, just giving you haeds up that both .STP and and .STL files are showing issue with floating regions when sliced up for 3D printing.

This is fixable (if one knows what to do) but not great.

            * As Bambu lab yesterday announced (or rather - gave teaser / hints) about upcoming contest and if these files will be used as a base for it (shared to community) that might turn to grand “spaghetti contest” very fast. Just something to look into.

              Hey 👋

Thanks for raising your feedback regarding the files.

Based on my own experience with the files and feedback from some other members of the community, I’ve not yet heard about any unexpected occurrences while printing (other than some optimising, cleaning up, and generally just some trial and error to get the best print)

Could you please elaborate and include any examples that you may have? It would be extremely helpful.

Derren Sure. Few issues I had instantly:

                — When attempting to export to STL or 3MF from STP using Shapr3D - unable to export file. Will try with Fusion360 in a moment.

                — Floating regions when slicing provided STL file in Orca slicer or Bambu studio. Check link with example: https://share.cleanshot.com/200fqdws
