Feedback on CMF by Nothing Phone 1
Areas for Improvement:
1. Ringtones: The phone would benefit from a wider selection of ringtones to enhance personalization options.
2. Battery Performance: There is a noticeable battery drain that needs to be addressed for improved longevity.
3. Camera Features: It would be great to have the option for a custom watermark in the camera settings. Alternatively, adding a default watermark that says “CMF by Nothing” would be a nice touch.
4. Camera Quality: The camera performance could be improved to enhance photo quality.
5. Touch Responsiveness: Occasionally, the touch screen becomes unresponsive, which can be frustrating.
6. App Switching Glitch: There are glitches when switching between apps from the background that need to be resolved.
7. Dark Theme: A true black theme would be preferable to the current greyish option, as it would help save battery life.
8. Official Apps: It would be beneficial to include Nothing’s official apps (such as browser, gallery, dialer, etc.) and consider removing Google apps for a more streamlined experience.
9. 5G Connectivity: There are issues with 5G network connectivity that require attention.
Positive Aspects:
- The design and software are impressive, showcasing a modern aesthetic.
- The powerful processor ensures smooth performance.
- The user interface is clean and feature-rich, enhancing usability.
- The AMOLED display offers excellent quality and vibrant colors.
- The under-display fingerprint sensor is quick to register and reliable.
- Bluetooth performance is solid, providing a seamless connection experience.
