CMF Phone 1 OS 2.6 has a SMART CLEANUP function, but why is it not available in PHONE 2 OS 2.6?

New update 2.6 is coming phone nothing phone 1 or not please tell.

If you are planning to send 2.6 update for nothing phone 1 please fix all the bugs which are coming in nothing phone 2 and 2(a).

Because now these updates are having lots of bugs as last update 2.5.6 I am getting in nothing phone 1 there are lots bugs in this update.

Please prepare clear operating system as you did while launch a nothing phone 1.

Hi. After upgrading to Nothing OS 2.6, the hidden apps are not performing ss desired. For instance, if the Gmail app is meant be hidden and it is shown in the hidden apps(slide to right when in the app drawer menu). But the same app which is hidden is also visible in the app drawer. It is very inconvenient to use the app drawer since the hidden apps are not behaving as expected. Is it a bug which is not addressed yet? This is so wierd in such a way that you hide an app and even though it is hidden it is visible in the app drawer.

When Nothing released Phone 2a, the software team held back the Phone 2 update. Due to significant pressure from the community, they eventually released a security patch update. This time, when they launched CMF Phone 1, they released the Phone 2 and 2a software update (v2.6) on the same day without introducing new features. They played it smartly this time, and no one complained because Phone 2 users are scheduled to receive the next update in September 😀😀😀😀.

@Firmware (bot) post updating the nothing launcher and nothing widgets app below are the bugs identified

Bluetooth - Bluetooth widgets doesn’t show the device name when it is connected to the Bluetooth device
Google digital wellbeing - post updating the digital wellbeing app , the screen time data is not visible properly in the widget, when you resize the widget to the smaller size the screen time look like a striked icon

Little question here: is the alarm wake up function still not working? I have not tried and I didn’t see a change log about it but I wanted to checkin with community to see if someone has it working

I just want to write, that with 2.6 update, no issues so far. Battery backup is still same (great), idle consumption slightly better (drop from 0,4 %/h to 0,3 %/h). Everything is smooth, no lags, no heating up 👍

Firmware (bot) the signal that has showing in the mobile is it self not accurate showing 5g but the real network is 4g not properly working that in my mobile. Can you please suggest something to get rid out of this.

“Swipeable date widget” - It makes no sense to me. It is not a calendar that I want to flip, just a date display that should update each day automatically. I want to have a quick glance at my home screen to know what date it is.

Dipu The idea behind it is to get you to interact with your phone. It makes sense to me and I find it gratifying. It has the DNA of Nothing, which is part of branding. So getting the widget to behave exactly the same as any other calendar widget out there… that’s not unique, there’s no true essence in it.

After Nothing os 2.6 update…camera performance is degraded. HDR is not working properly… it’s affect a clarity of the picture… too much whitening is there …. Camera needs a upgrade ….😠
