NP2 Max brightness

Hello,

I have been using NP2 since 9 months and have observed that the maximum brightness outdoor is not consistent in the same lightning conditions even when auto brightness was disabled!
I understand non-HDR max brightness is not that high and is only 1000 nits, but it seems very low sometimes. Screen is manageable one instant and completely unreadable the next moment even when the outdoor lightning remained the same.
I have compared this with another phone side by side and it confirmed my hunch😞

Anyone else is facing this issue?

Anonymous28 As per DXOmark and GSMarena its 1000nits in direct sunlight and peak in HDR 1600nits

VivekBhagat Yes, I mean the max brightness under direct sunlight doesn’t seem constant

I have confirmed this by doing a side-by-side comparison with another phone and I could see a visible relative change between the brightness of these screens
