We have immense trust in your leadership and vision for Nothing. Your innovative approach has always inspired us, and we believe in the potential of the Black Dot NFT project. However, many of us are currently facing issues redeeming our Black Dot NFTs due to a bug. With only 6 days left, we are eagerly awaiting a solution.

Could you please provide an update or a workaround for those experiencing this problem? Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated by the community.

Hi everyone - a reminder that the code claiming window ends in 1 week.

To the hundreds of you who have claimed already, enjoy! And be sure to use your voucher before it expires at the end of the year - 31 December 2024.

To those having trouble, we know the process is not simple and can be confusing. This is a big part of why the programme is closing.

To those asking if we can simply email codes to an existing database of users, this reward is for those who actively engaged with the Dots Programme over the past couple of years. Hence the validation mechanism through the Discord server.

We are aware of the ‘private key mismatch’ error and apologise for the inconvenience - we are exploring options.

    Thanks for the update. I knew Nothing wouldn’t leave out those who supported them from the beginning. Hopefully we’ll soon have news about what those of us who are facing the problem can do. Greetings to the team.

    Hi I’m from India, I’m still unable to verify my NFT. Could anyone tell me which wallet to use for connecting with the discord server? I tried Metamask, Coinbase and Trust wallet but it failed all the 3 times. I have the public/private keys with me.

      Well, I guess we will never own our “digital asset”.

      In the future, I’ll be more than happy to offer a different strategy idea, something “less digital and more real”.

      Being a Black Dot holder, I am more than confused how to get this Voucher …
      Transfer an old wallet and all that is not understandable at all – I dont fix it. :-(

      Admin - I’ve been trying to get to the bottom of this connect wallet and verify on discord.

      I can see it when I log into the webpage but can connect and or figure out how to redeem especially as I get wallet mismatch.

      Can we please extend the nothing discord coupon bot. I generated the coupon but didn’t save it. Now it is not showing up.

        Carl I verified but missed to claim the voucher due to technical issues in the Discord, with was very tricky and confusing to raise the voucher claim. Is there any other way to claim it now?

        @Carl I had two black dots in a wallet somewhere… But it seems I have missed the deadline as I was away at the time. Is there anything that can be done? I would very much like a voucher to get some new ears 😉
