      Can you please explain how to redeem my block dot which is received during phone 1 pre order in flipkart firedrops.

      When i see flipkart app firedrops rewards section block dot is showing but there is no any option to redeem or claim or transfer.

      I hope lots of flipkart users having same issue if you clearly explain most of the people will utilize their Block Dot.

          Same here, I claimed the dot in the past but can’t get my private key now to be verified.

          Surely the Nothing team is fully aware of the issue, blows my mind why they deliberately choose to upset so many early supporters who might be not the most tech savvy.

          I had claimed my dot before, but now I can’t access my private key to verify it. I’m sure the Nothing team knows about this problem. It surprises me that they would choose to upset so many early supporters who may not be very tech-savvy.

          I was awarded a Black dot and opened an AlphaWallet, but the Dot was never airdropped to me.

          The Black dot shows in my wallet, but it says I have ‘no tokens’ - ie no Black dot.

          The instructions I was following back then were in this thread https://nothing.community/d/1079

          You can see at the end of the thread that I was told to wait - but nothing ever happened. I never got my Dot.

          Any ideas what I should do?

          Carl It’s not fair until every dot holder gets to redeem it. Please help them including how to claim dot reward. We trusted and continued nothing brand. Please help us

          We know about the bugs since last year, that weren’t fixed, I’m sure they will not be fixed in the coming week.

          We have immense trust in your leadership and vision for Nothing. Your innovative approach has always inspired us, and we believe in the potential of the Black Dot NFT project. However, many of us are currently facing issues redeeming our Black Dot NFTs due to a bug. With only 6 days left, we are eagerly awaiting a solution.

          Could you please provide an update or a workaround for those experiencing this problem? Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated by the community.

          To the hundreds of you who have claimed already, enjoy! And be sure to use your voucher before it expires at the end of the year - 31 December 2024.

          To those having trouble, we know the process is not simple and can be confusing. This is a big part of why the programme is closing.

          To those asking if we can simply email codes to an existing database of users, this reward is for those who actively engaged with the Dots Programme over the past couple of years. Hence the validation mechanism through the Discord server.

            Thanks for the update. I knew Nothing wouldn’t leave out those who supported them from the beginning. Hopefully we’ll soon have news about what those of us who are facing the problem can do. Greetings to the team.
