If I have not moved my black dot to any wallet and cannot generate a private key then it should be understood as no more valid candidate as nothing investor…?

Dear @Carl, @Rob ⚡️,

I had claimed the black dot NFT. Still it shows when I check at dots.nothing.tech. However none of the options provided in Discord are working - wallet connect happened for me but still not getting access to member-verify page.

As you can see from this thread, almost everyone is facing the issue. I am sure you had the sincere intention of rewarding investors/customers like me while providing us with the NFT and now for rewarding with some voucher when the program is ending.

What is the use of the reward, if nobody can claim it? Please make it simple for everyone. Just give a voucher to anyone who has a NFT at dots.nothing.tech.

What is the point of the verification process, if there is an issue with the system since last year and it wasn’t fixed? People cannot move or verify their NFTs, meaning they can’t receive their vouchers.

Sib64 I have a black dot because I invested in Nothing for 2nd round. Unfortunately, I can no longer access the Discord channel as I was banned from it following a disagreement.

Maybe you can use another Discord account? The channel is open. Although you will have problems to do the verification again if your Dot is in the Nothing wallet

Reaching out from India. Many of us have the Nothing Dot in our Firedrop account under the Flipkart platform. The Firedrop option is not available to be verified via the discord channel could you please let us know how we can claim the voucher benefits before 16th Aug.

DiveshPande Create your own personal wallet using alternative providers like MetaMask, and transfer your Black Dot from the Firedrops wallet. Then, try verifying again on Discord using your new wallet address.

Can you please explain how to redeem my block dot which is received during phone 1 pre order in flipkart firedrops.

When i see flipkart app firedrops rewards section block dot is showing but there is no any option to redeem or claim or transfer.

I hope lots of flipkart users having same issue if you clearly explain most of the people will utilize their Block Dot.

Tush_Jagtap no. Red Dots are only obtained by buying one. Or the original method, of buying 10 Black Dots and merging them yourself, which is no longer possible.

Same here, I claimed the dot in the past but can’t get my private key now to be verified.

Surely the Nothing team is fully aware of the issue, blows my mind why they deliberately choose to upset so many early supporters who might be not the most tech savvy.

I had claimed my dot before, but now I can’t access my private key to verify it. I’m sure the Nothing team knows about this problem. It surprises me that they would choose to upset so many early supporters who may not be very tech-savvy.

I was awarded a Black dot and opened an AlphaWallet, but the Dot was never airdropped to me.

The Black dot shows in my wallet, but it says I have ‘no tokens’ - ie no Black dot.

The instructions I was following back then were in this thread https://nothing.community/d/1079

You can see at the end of the thread that I was told to wait - but nothing ever happened. I never got my Dot.

Any ideas what I should do?

Carl It’s not fair until every dot holder gets to redeem it. Please help them including how to claim dot reward. We trusted and continued nothing brand. Please help us

Carl Ok, so there’s one week left, can you please clarify if those who have their dots in the nothing wallet can get their discount or not?

We know about the bugs since last year, that weren’t fixed, I’m sure they will not be fixed in the coming week.

So is there a chance for those who haven’t moved and verified their dot to get the rewards? Thanks.
