I didn’t move it or connect to a wallet whatever, don’t even know how to do it… I just left it the way it was…
The question is, should I be able to verify it like that via the #dots-verify channel (of course if there wasn’t that bug that’s been going on since last year)?
And if yes, which wallet should I choose from that list considering I haven’t moved my dot and it’s on the above-mentioned page?
Or this way would never work? Just so I know I don’t waste my time if this is the case… Thanks!

vanshaj13 There ain’t any solution. Most of us just had the dots in platform created accounts, and it never told us to backup the private key. Now, the public keys have changed and we can’t retrieve the private keys. Without that we can’t transfer the dot to any other wallet that Discord can connect to and verify 
Vigneswar Same situation here. I think I might have a red dot as well but I have no experience and I’m not sure how or if I set it up correctly in the first instance. I would love to be able to redeem these though so I could pass on my Nothing Phone 2a to a future Nothing fan 
ManishDharmadhikari - if you have a Dot, of any kind. You need to have this linked to Discord, via “Dots-Verify”. Then you will need to use the “Member-Rewards” channel and follow the Bot’s steps.
For those of you who think you might have had a Red Dot, I’m almost certain you would know if you did. To my knowledge they were never just given away. You had to earn/buy ten Black Dots, then trade them in for a Red Dot. If you don’t know how to manage NFTs, you wouldn’t have got a Red Dot.
It would be at least helpfull if Nothing prepare a tutorial to all like me, who only put theur money in this company but are not IT experts and last but not least also I do not appreciate this kind of unexpected changes of the games rules in the middle of the run… I’m not here for the 60€ or whatever it is, I’m just here to demonstrate my incomprehension of the way this situationis beeing managed.
arpan2308 the content says that in india we can choose an audio or smartphone but in smartphones it specifies phone 2a or 2a plus … does this code not apply to phone 2 ?

“Your black dot will be here soon”… so this means no perk is available to some, despite being entitled to a black dot. Feels like a strange way to end a reward program by selectively rewarding those based on a series of additional steps that are protracted and unclear, and based on a buggy system.

But you guys made the coupon code expiry at this year end which means only 4 months. If I didn’t wanted to purchase any product already I have in that case what benefit i am getting.
the coupon expiry should be 2 years. this is not the way to reward the investors making forcefully buy the products.

If you never moved it, then it’s in the Nothing wallet, but since it’s bugged you can’t complete the verification. If they fix the bug, you’ll be able to do it.

I also have mine in the “Nothing wallet”, but I see a link that says “View on OpenSea”. So I tried to connect through OpenSea, but it didn’t work and freezes with a blank page on this link (…….. is my EVM-adress)

I was an early investor to get the Phone (1). Nothing can see my account, ive purchased multiple products, i have the Black Dot NFTs. Ive also reported the wallet issue last year - still not resolved.
The result is that I cant validate my dots on Discord as per your instructions to get a ‘final reward’

so speaking here as both a black dot and a red dot holder myself. It’s sad this has come to an end now - although I understand the reasons and the times have changed. There was potential and it was pretty clear given the recent lack of a push of dot events and promos the writing was on the wall as they say. I am glad we finally have some clarity and announcement of the closure of this programme now rather than wating in limbo more and being told to “trust the process” from time to time - perhaps could have be done sooner - who knows.
The final rewards for both red dots and black dots are a nice bonus as tbh Nothing could have just said we are closing this without any form of ‘compensation’ if they truly wanted to; so the fact they are offering something is amazing.
The original black dots are 2 years old now - and I am honestly amazed at the people coming out now (who say they had one as an investor or P1 pre-order) just because there is a final “reward” or incentive who are like “bro I have a black dot how do I claim it” - the site is broken blah blah - I understand the frustration but you have had 2 years to claim, participate in Discord and the dot channels, receive previous discounts and attend events etc. For the record - I am not an NFT guru by any means either - it is still odd to me - but I still managed to learn enough to get the dots, get a red dot, connect, etc, during the time when it was all fine.
It’s been a fun ride - and sadly since the announcement the price has plummeted on OpenSea lol - although I suppose if you keep them they are a digital souvenir of a certain time - who knows maybe in the future they may be worth more again depending on how Nothing grows as a company and a brand - never know right?
I shall miss the “exclusivity” it offered - especially with the red dots - but perhaps without that anymore - it makes the community actually more “inclusive” breaking down those silos so we can all communicate and collaborate no matter our situation.
Hopefully Nothing will bring something new to either reward people via maybe a normal points system like most brands do - i.e buy a Phone 2A Plus - get 500 dots. Attend an event get 100 dots, etc. Cash in x dots for a free earphone or something - time will tell and it will be an interesting new chapter to see how it shapes up and grows.
