- Yeah I never got the whole dot thing and was/still an investor in nothing before phone 1 launched and also pre ordered the phone 1 too so guessing I might be a dot holder…who knows?

What do you do if you could never claim the blackdot? It just always failed. I can’t get the reward now because its not verified?

AlejandroPalacios Your NFT will remain but its not something that is going to be actively monitored or promoted anymore.

dots holder be very careful. You can choose either “India Flipkart Audio” or “India Flipkart Smartphone”. Once selected, changing it will not be possible.
Think before choosing. You can take either one discount code
Steps for flipkart:
Copy the coupon code
Go to flipkart app
Go to “account”
Go to “coupons”
Go to “add coupons”
Paste the code and apply
Happy that you guys are thinking about people who trusted the brand early on. The dots we always a confusing idea, I think you guys are doing the right thing.
I am a black hole holder, but I cant access the rewards channel on Discord for some reason. Is there any way to reach out vie email to get the voucher?

This is all very annoying and complicated. I invested via Crowd Cube, but have no idea how to access my dots. 
I’ve got two dots. Never had a scooby what I was supposed to do with them.
I’m not on Discord either, whatever that is. Do I get two codes (so a hundred quid of a discount)?

boygav You will get one code since it work on a per holder basis, you should still be able to go through the verification process to claim your reward on the discord https://discord.gg/nothingtech

This feels like a slap to the face. I signed up to the community dots since the beginning, only to be haunted by issues and bugs.
I reached out to support via email and on Discord, only to be ghosted…
I am not asking for much, only to be verified since I signed up using dots.nothing website and haven’t been able to do anything with my wallet or transfer it.
I even reached out to you @Carl on Twitter/X hoping for some help.
