NFC payments option is greyed out for some reason

I want to enable contactless payments on my phone but the option is greyed out. It says I need to install a payment app first but I already have 3 installed. I tried clearing NFC service cache and restarting the phone but nothing works. Nothing team please help me out here

rustypanda If you want help from the nothing team, you should report it through your phone settings. This is a community forum. However. What payment apps do you have installed? Do you have google wallet and did you add a card there?
