Software updates for the phones are often staggered, which means you might simply have to wait a bit until it reaches your phone. I remember with my first Nothing Phone (2), I was pretty late to the official 2.5 party.

    After the nothing OS 2.6 update on my phone 2a, I can clearly see that my phone’s display color is turning green after reducing the brightness below 25%. I know that after an update, these kinds of bugs are common, but I’m confused about whether my phone display got damaged or if it was some software bug.

    Please clear my doubt.

    Also please give us some option to disable the automatic software update function.

      It doesn’t have the SLIDING feature in widgets (like a pedometer.)

      - When you open the camera app, your device’s FPS drops to 1. It will be fixed when it recovers. After 3-5 seconds.

      - The face unlock bug was not fixed. Even in bright conditions, sometimes it doesn’t recognize it after 4 seconds (it says “Oh, is that you, buddy” and opens it)

      - When I stay on the lock screen for a long time - It does not wake up, neither with the double click - the raise feature , But I wake it up with the power button.

      In my opinion, even 2.6 is still a beta version. There are things that are not FULLY fixed.

      It is a bit far from stability, this will improve over time.

        Aaki Well, it doesn’t concern me. But I did notice that my screen got more green-ish after the update. I noticed this today. I use the night mode most of the time to reduce the blue light btw

            That’s an issue with the wording. Slide your finger on the widget vertically, i.e., from the bottom to the top instead of trying to slide it horizontally. On doing this each single day, the effect it creates is similar to a date-calendar. It also has a red dot on holidays.

                This update improve on camera stability. No more waiting too long for photo processing. No more over saturated and no more over sharp image. Night mode take time to process is normal if you stay at the dark area.
