Launcher icons remain unchanged after applying the Nothing icon pack
Do you have the Nothing Icon Pack (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nothing.icon) installed?
I had the same issue but downloading the app solved it
_ivn_13 its amazing this icon pack isn’t part of the launcher. People end up with terrible looking home screens and no idea why.

ShafiSmaili I think google doesn’t allow default skinning of third party apps by OEM’s - it needs to be the consumers choice to edit the look of the icons
Daniel you give option during setup to download or give pop in launcher after setup to download this icon pack from play store
If it isn’t allowed, I get it. I mean they have added it in the tips and feedback section.
However if it is allowed I also think it should be built in because I experienced that myself 
mlrGoutham Usually when you installed"Nothing Icon pack" through add from the snap you attached. Nothing Icon pack option will appear along with these options like “ Default, Nothing, Color, Nothing Icon”. You could select from here what style you want and apply.
You can’t individually change the icon of certain apps. I have this app for my security cams and the icon doesn’t change nor am I allowed to specifically change the icon of one particular app .
This feature could’ve been useful.
