“This phone is performance marketing product” with no guts to deliver what they promise. I have nothing phone 2a blue colour for India.😡
Appreciate that you’ll put so much into design but what about display a major blunder has been occurred by you’ll in display quality of nothing phone 2a. I am using the blue colour edition, despite being an amoled screen the blacks on screen have green tints or lines or pixels gets torn so 1080p quality looks 144p quality. When conveyed to nothing exclusive service centre in Mumbai, India they said that this problem is in all nothing phone 2a and changing of display won’t fetch any resolution as they had tried this before and even technical team acknowledge this issue. What’s the point of such a phone where you can’t consume content smoothly and have to comprise so much which is the main part of the phone for a consumer. Also I have been reporting this issue to team nothing when they advised me to visit nothing service centre but I couldn’t get any resolution so when I got back to them they are constantly ignoring my emails . This feels like being cheated or looted by such behaviour of nothing support.
Also the UI keeps on lagging. Especially when calls turn up and if you mistakenly drag the notification bar down then when you drag up it doesn’t goes up even after clearing the notification the error still persists so you have to press power button then you can access the call. This is my second smartphone my first phone lasted six years with no nonsense or lighting gimicks, Durable & clean phone, stock UI and this phone is just 2 months old from date of purchase and so much problems. This phone is “nothing” but a “performance marketing product.”
