Ashwani22 Yes mate, I had the same issue. At times the Phone would just freeze or just lag by 5 to 10 seconds and then would function normal.
I’m not sure if the issue is fixed now.
Rajesh_Kannan i have updated to latest and so far i didnt tackled this issue again so i guess its fixed atleast in my case i m not facing this issue anymore with latest update.
I am facing an issue of having unintentional touches while scrolling and doing web browsing. I request CMF support team to fix this with software update or change the unit of mine because I am facing this problem in almost every day.
Its been a week i purchased cmf phone 1, I immediately noticed the issue on my 2nd day when i purchased tuffen guard/screen protector from local store.
I complaint about this on nothing support site. I deliberately asked them to replicate my problem by applying screen protector & they didn’t listen instead told me to do the following steps:-
- Clean the screen
- Remove screen protector
- Restart phone
- Reset/format the phone
Honestly i have used more than 20 android devices in my lifetime i have never faced any such problems irrelevant of any protector i apply any screen i use…. whether amoled or lcd.
Support team are always in hurry to close the ticket.
I just came to nothing community for NOS 3.0 & then found out not just me but there are many people facing the same issue from nothing community as well as telegram group.
Current resolution from my side:-
I am still facing this auto touch issue, however to fix this i had to remove my screen protector, yeah you need to use the phone without screen protector and it will reduce the chances of auto touch from 80-90% of times to 10-20%.
You can also apply lamination screen protector with does not act like a glass protector which works fine.
Nothing team lmk if you need my support ticket number because i made a detailed analysis report on this!

Many of the users facing this issue nothing kindly check the issue fix it through software update.
