Inside (2a) Plus - A Teardown
My favourite detail is how neatly everything is arranged in the motherboard. It’s so beautiful to look at
this is the type of content I really appreciate, it helps to see our everyday devices not as black boxes but as cool pieces of tech!!
I must admit I’m impressed of how many little components are in such a tiny space and the engineering work behind it: the type of material most suitable for every piece, the needed organisation and position… And a lot of hours working on it, for sure!
Also, it’s astonishing how technology has improved in such a short time, needing computers as huge as wardrobes for simple operations, but now, a minuscule microprocessor, in this case, the Mediatek 7350 Pro, is capable of running an entire OS and all the actions involved. Amazing!

Very fascinating post ! It’s interesting to look inside the smartphone, continue, it’s interesting to look at the headphones, CMF watches! Also, it would be nice if you could write on the photo what kind of sensor it is, not in the post itself, because then you have to minimize the photo and see what it is. Cool! All aspects of the smartphone are very interesting! It looks like you can easily replace any spare part and it’s cool!
My fav part is the mediatek chip, power efficiency is fenomenal
Phone (2a) Plus camera system makes me feel like more premium than Phone (2a). I got so much to flex hahaha.
Rob my favourite tear down is fingureprint sensor on the lower device component, I never seen these detailing so far
Such a cleannn teardown!

A phone is always more beautiful from the inside
The motherboard always fascinates me the mkst. Really love phone teardowns in general. Great thought on this!
Rob my favourite detail is the camera system. Those lenses look veryyyyyy good
My favourite detail, is the large heat spreading copper surface behind the display. It surprised me, I don’t think I ever saw this before in a smartphone teardown. Beautiful teardown post!
I really like the routing for the signal cable, so smooth… <3
My favourite detail is by far the back cover. I only have Nothing Phone 2 and I am a big fan of the Nothing Phone 2a design (camera bump etc.)
Keep the great work going!

New user here, I liked the Camera part. Because being a Apple user and have had iPhones all my life. Am used to have a good camera and being able to take good quality selfies. So when I read about the 50MP front cam. i was very excited
I also want to add that I really like the new Grey color. Either way, am planning on buying the Grey one, but if I do win. I choose that
Peace out!

It’s so interesting to see how a phone looks from the inside. Thanks for the explanation and that you show it
For me this phone remind me the good vibes related to the first OnePlus, a dealbreaker in terms of innovation and “freshness”
